Subject: Bad landing, we're OK!
Bob Mowry and I had a hard landing today and damaged ourselves and the 2-33. Both of us have very sore backs, but the emergency room folks assured us we will live to fight and fly another day.
Thank you to every one who helped us and saw to our immediate needs. Our glider ground crew is magnificent and a special thanks to all of them, the ambulance service, EMTs, doctors and nurses.
Also, to who ever invented Percoset(sp.?), thank you, thank you, and thank you. See you at the airport. Steve.
