Subject: Update
The last ground school meeting is Sunday and then we should see several guys smiling when they pass the writ and get this issue behind them.
Snow plowing has been the major task this past week. Noel has been off work getting surgery on his rotator cuff. Hopefully, he'll be back at the airport ready to go for the soaring season.
We have captured the interest of several pilots and at least one instructor from Ohio. They are planning to join us for the 2008 season.
Last year I did a day of soaring in Florida without getting myself mentally up to speed and was unable to answer several simple questions from the instructor checking me out. In the next few posts we'll be doing some reviewing to get the mental juices going again.
