Subject: Update and ground school

Marie Osmond arrived at our humble airdrome yesterday. She was performing in Youngstown. Came in on a Beechjet. How she left is unknown to me. A very nice person is my impression.

Ground school starts 6 January at 1PM. Any last minute attendees, let me know.

Our t-hangar project is awaiting improving weather to begin, too much wet ground right now. The gliders are still at the airport, but will move to storage soon, I hope.

I've received many congratulations on reaching my retirement from the left seat of the Boeing. It was a dream job and I enjoyed it to no end. But I have other adventures to pursue while I'm still able and have no regrets about the imminent passage of the extension of the age 60 rule for airline pilots. I'm done, I'm glad, let someone else enjoy my window seat. See you at the airport. Steve.
