Subject: Glider ground school
A ten week course preparing you for the FAA Knowledge Exam, AKA "the writ", will be offered starting in January. The course will meet at the airport on Sunday afternoons from 1-4. Cost is $150.00 plus materials. If you plan to attend please make a reservation so I can order the study materials. Course starts on January 6th.
There are other ways of preparing for the written exam, but history tells me you are not going to do self study. You may attend an intensive weekend course somewhere, but in any case you must pass this exam before you can take a check ride from the FAA and receive you certificate (license). Steve.
